Doesn't my Homeowners Insurance Policy cover Flooding?

The easy answer to this is... NO!   Many also may believe that federal disaster assistance will pay for any damages.  This is not necessarily true, either.  This type of assistance typically comes in the form of a low interest loan to help cover flood damage, not compensation for your losses.  And even then, those loans are only available if the president declares disaster and must be repaid.   To find out if you live in an eligible community that participates in the National Flood Insurance, Program, call our office at 623-584-0071.  InsuranceBeacon.com is open Monday-Friday from 8:3am-5:00pm.  We have agents available to help answer all of your questions regarding flood insurance and give you a quote on a flood policy.
